All prices are in USD. KES pricing is shown automatically for Kenyan users at a PPP-adjusted rate — roughly KSh 129 per $1 — so you pay a fair local price rather than the raw exchange rate.

Monthly Active Contacts (MAC)

A Monthly Active Contact is any contact you send a message to or receive a message from within a calendar month. Contacts you import but never message do not count.

  • Safravo notifies you at 80% and 100% of your MAC limit.
  • When you hit the limit, outbound broadcasts pause until you upgrade. Inbound messages are always received — your customers can always reach you.
  • Monitor current MAC usage in real time under Billing → Usage in the dashboard.

WhatsApp conversation fees

WhatsApp Business API usage incurs additional costs set by Meta, separate from your Safravo subscription.

  • Conversation-based pricing — Meta charges per 24-hour conversation session, not per individual message.
  • Categories — rates vary by conversation type: Marketing, Utility, Authentication, or Service.
  • Safravo does not add a markup to Meta's rates on Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans.

AI fees

AI Agent and AI Copilot features are billed separately based on usage. View your AI credit balance under Billing → AI Fees.

Billing cycle

  • Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months.
  • Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately.
  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
  • Invoices are available under Billing → Invoices.

FAQ

How does the 14-day free trial work? Full access to all features on your chosen plan. No credit card required. At the end of the trial you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel — we never charge automatically.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Why is KES pricing different from the exchange rate? We use a purchasing-power-adjusted rate (~KSh 100/$1) rather than the raw exchange rate (~KSh 130/$1). This makes Safravo genuinely affordable for Kenyan businesses rather than just converting a dollar price.
