Account Setup

Create your Safravo account, complete onboarding, and configure your workspace.

1. Create an account

Visit app.safravo.com to sign up. You can register with:

  • Email and password
  • Google — one-click sign-in via Google OAuth
  • Facebook — one-click sign-in via Facebook OAuth

If you register with email, a verification link is sent to your inbox. Verify your email to unlock all features. You can resend the verification email from the dashboard if needed.

2. Complete onboarding

After signing up, you'll be guided through a short onboarding flow. This is where your first Workspace is created. Give it a name that reflects your brand or project — for example, Acme Support or Marketing Production.

Once onboarding is complete, you'll land on the dashboard at app.safravo.com/{workspace-slug}/dashboard.

3. Workspace settings

Access workspace settings from the Settings section in the left sidebar.

General settings

Settings → General — update your workspace name, timezone, and other workspace-level preferences.

Inviting team members

Settings → Users — invite teammates by email and assign them a role.

RoleAccess
OwnerFull access including billing, workspace deletion, and all settings. Automatically assigned to the account creator.
AdminFull access to settings, channels, team management, and messaging. Cannot delete the workspace.
AgentAccess to Inbox and Contacts. Cannot access billing or developer settings.
ViewerRead-only access to Inbox and reports.

Invited members receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. Until accepted, their status shows as pending.

Channels

Settings → Channels — connect and manage your WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger accounts. See the Channels section for step-by-step setup guides.

Templates

Settings → Templates — create and manage WhatsApp message templates. Templates must be submitted to Meta for approval before they can be sent. See WhatsApp Templates for details.

Developer settings

Settings → Developers — generate API keys and manage webhook endpoints. See Authentication and Webhooks for details.

Tags and custom fields

  • Settings → Tags — create tags to categorise contacts and conversations.
  • Settings → Contact Fields — define custom fields to store additional data on contacts.

Snippets

Settings → Snippets — create saved reply templates that agents can insert quickly during conversations.

AI Agent

Settings → AI Agent — configure your AI agent's behaviour, knowledge base, and escalation rules.

4. Switching workspaces

If your account belongs to multiple workspaces, use the workspace switcher in the top-left corner of the dashboard to switch between them.

5. Connect a channel

After setting up your workspace, connect a messaging channel:
